Over time, dry skin can thicken and crack, leading to discomfort, pain, and in some cases bleeding or infection if left untreated.
At My Foot Soul, cracked heels are treated with a gentle, professional approach focused on restoring skin health and comfort. Treatment includes safe exfoliation to remove hard, dry skin, followed by the application of deeply moisturising creams to hydrate and soften the heels. Where cracks are present, specialist balms or dressings may be used to help seal and protect the skin while it heals.
You’ll also receive personalised advice on daily foot care, footwear choices, and hydration to help prevent cracks from returning—supporting smoother, healthier heels long term.
