Your first visit will include a medical history check, Neurovascular Assessment and then your treatment depending on your need such as: -Nail cutting and filing -Callus/ Hard skin removal -Thick nail reduction -Corn removal -Partial ingrown nail removal -Cracked heels -Fungal nail/ Athlete's foot treatment
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy To confirm your appointment, a £20 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment will not be secured until the deposit has been received. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your selected treatment. Cancellations We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of your deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will also be treated as a no-show. Appointment Changes by Provider If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment date.
